Our client is an important digital marketing company based in Toronto, Canada.This is a fully remote position.
Candidates must be available to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display, video, mobile, and native.Utilize programmatic platforms and demand-side platforms (DSPs) to set up and manage campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid optimization.Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific target audiences and maximize campaign effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising, identifying new opportunities for innovation and optimization.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.Manage relationships with programmatic advertising partners, vendors, and platforms, negotiating rates and terms to maximize campaign ROI.Monitor campaign budgets and pacing, adjusting strategies as needed to meet client goals and objectives.
Qualified candidates have:Oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level)Bachelor s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.Proficiency in using programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs, such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or DV360.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Proven track record of delivering successful programmatic advertising campaigns, with measurable results and ROI.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.Certification in programmatic advertising platforms or related areas is a plus.What s in it for YOU Competitive salaryBenefits programOpportunity to work with the biggest companies in Canada and US
