players.We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager (or Senior Associate) with expertise in managing ad spend, optimizing social media presence, and driving measurable results.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking ROI and KPIs while ensuring the seamless integration of leads with the sales team.
This role includes managing all social media accounts, ensuring the company s online presence is optimized and aligned with business objectives.
Additionally, the candidate will create and oversee a detailed marketing calendar, build effective marketing funnels, and manage digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and email marketing campaigns.Compensation:Fixed Pay: R$10,000Bonus: Performance-based bonus in USDWorking Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM BRT (1-hour lunch break).Position: 100{2cf4ec9d49f8c06c8374b845af08dc3c034347eb4a43d81a82733a1f80e1b39f} RemoteKey Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Strategies: Design marketing plans and strategies that align with company goals.Campaign Management: Manage and execute advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Performance Optimization: Analyze advertising performance data and optimize campaigns to improve results.Funnel Creation: Oversee and create marketing funnels to enhance customer acquisition and conversions.Tracking and Alignment: Monitor KPIs and ROI, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee all digital marketing strategies, including email marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach.Social Media Management: Manage the company s social media presence, ensuring it is aligned with broader business objectives.Marketing Calendar: Create and manage a detailed marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Qualifications:Proven Experience: 3 years experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of advertising analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization strategies.Marketing Funnel Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing successful marketing funnels.Results-Oriented: Ability to take ownership of marketing initiatives and drive impactful results.Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media.Training:Duration: 2 to 6 weeks, depending on experience level and performance during training.If you are selected for the recruitment process, the first contact will be made via LinkedIn chat by our recruiters.
