To achieve this vision we need an outstanding and passionate Senior NodeJS Back End Engineer to take on the following responsibilities: Required Skills:Proven experience in developing and maintaining backend systems with Node.js and MongoDB.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.Strong knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.Experience working with message queues like Amazon SQS or similar technologies.Strong understanding of web software security, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption best practices.Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration.Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and system design.Good to Have:Experience with React and/or React Native.Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning in general is a plus.Familiarity with data-sensitive products and handling large-scale datasets securely.Experience working in a product-driven environment, particularly in consumer-facing startups.Experience as an early engineer in a fast-paced startup, contributing to product direction and scaling systems.
