The Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore, which was watched by 5.4 million concurrent viewers at its peak, holds the record for the highest concurrent viewership of any esports match in history.About the position:We are looking for a Live Ops Analyst who will be responsible to ensure that in-game live configurations are executed correctly to enhance the player experience.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we d love to work with you Responsibilities:Manage and execute all in-game live configurations for Free Fire Brazil including events, promotions, revenue events, and more.
Ensure that all configurations are executed correctly to enhance the player experience.Perform thorough check and testing to ensure all game updates and features meet quality standards.
Validate the accuracy and functionality of in-game configurations and content.Identify and document any issues or bugs encountered during testing and collaborate with the broader product team to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of fixes.Implement best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of live operations.Main job requirements:Completed bachelor degreePrevious experience with game operations (e.g.
live operations, game settings, quality assurance, etc).Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;Passionate about the gaming universe;Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
