Today we serve 100+ customers, have thousand of freelancers engaged in our platform and operate in thousands of stores.Key responsibilitiesFleet Management: Work closely with the field operations team to ensure the right freelancers types are assigned to stores, considering factors like capacity, seasonality, and demand.
Make recommendations for fleet expansion or retirement based on network needs and financial considerations.Fleet Schedule Planning: Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes in demand, seasonality, and external factors (e.g., weather disruptions, carnaval, December etc...) Financial Analysis: Develop and manage budgets for network planning.
Analyze the financial performance and make data driven decisions to improve financial performance.
Identify opportunities for margin and revenue enhancement.Data and Technology Utilization: Utilize data analytics and collaborate with Zubale s global data team to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with Product Development to utilize Zubale technology tools.Performance reporting: Generate regular reports to showcase impact of your strategies and fleet fulfillment vs requirements sent by operations.Team Management: Lead a team of managers and analyst to drive performance and develop the next generation of Zubale leadersWhat You Will BringBachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economy or similar quant fieldProven experience in Fleet Network Planning, specially in Airlines.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet demands on a timely mannerResults-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and KPI achievement.Demonstrated experience managing teams and developing peopleWhat We OfferCompetitive SalaryGrowth opportunitiesHybrid work: Home office + office (2 days a week)Fast track development when goals are metGreat training environment and mentorshipOpportunity to work with an amazing team to build a platform that helps people find a foothold in the digital world
