We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Lead Generation and SEO Specialist to join their team and drive results for their clients.ScheduleFull Time: 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM Eastern Standard TimeResponsibilitiesImplement and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, TikTok, and MetaDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategiesOptimize landing pages for maximum conversion ratesBuild and implement effective marketing funnels, including CRM integrationsImplement AI tools to enhance marketing effortsTrack and analyze return on ad spend (ROAS) and other key performance indicatorsProvide daily task reports using ClockifyRequired Experience and QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and SEODemonstrated success in running paid advertising campaigns and improving organic search rankingsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExperience with funnel building and CRM implementationsLanguage Requirement:Proficiency in English at C2 level Required Software Proficiency:Social Media Business platforms (must)Preferred Skills:Experience creating engaging content and performing basic video editingTech-savvy with a quick learning abilitySelf-motivated with a "figure it out" attitudeAdaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Software Proficiency:MeisterTaskMetricoolHydrosNeil Patel productsPipedrive CRMJust CallCapcutFamiliarity with similar software in the digital marketing spaceCompensationCompetitive salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.Benefits and Policies10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year (after 3 months probation)Paid company holidaysUnpaid sick leave (with doctor s note)Unpaid leave to be coordinatedWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
