We need you to have the following interpersonal skills:- Exceptional communication skills for building and nurturing relationships with influencers and clients.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Creativity and adaptability to navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.- Collaborative spirit to work closely with our team and creators.- Team management and visionary leadership.Role:Music Marketing Campaign Manager Your Responsibilities Will Include:Spearheading client acquisition and relationship management within the Brazilian music industry, networking strategically to secure new business opportunities and grow our client base.Crafting compelling proposals and personalized campaign strategies that meet client needs, positioning artists and their releases for maximum impact.Leading our influencer management network by cultivating relationships with famous creators, music curators, and influencers, enhancing our promotional reach and client satisfaction.Managing and collaborating closely with creators to establish impactful partnerships that promote artist music, aligning with client goals.Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives, driving artist exposure and growth across digital platforms.Providing consistent campaign updates and insights to artists teams and clients, fostering transparent communication and reinforcing strong client relations.

Background Requirements:- Experience or keen interest in influencer marketing and management.- Familiarity with digital music marketing and social media platforms.- Proficiency in Portuguese and English communication.- Knowledge of Brazilian music genres and pop culture.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to relationship-building and collaboration.Location:São Paulo, Brazil - Remote Duration & Compensation:This is a full-time, 6-month unpaid internship but with high potential job opportunities once finalized.
