About the Role: Fully Remote What You ll Do:  Influencer Research and Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers who align with our brand s values and target audience. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, serving as their main point of contact and addressing any questions or concerns. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and video ideas, ensuring influencers understand and meet our brand s expectations. Campaign Execution: Coordinate the logistics of influencer campaigns, including contracts, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports. Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements, including disclosure regulations. Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, negotiate rates, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for collaborations. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative aspects of campaigns, such as contract management and payment processing. Feedback Loop: Gather and utilize feedback from influencers to improve future campaigns and strengthen relationships.
Background & Skills:  Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table. Social Media Proficiency: Understand social media and digital marketing trends to create impactful campaigns. Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of working with at least 100 influencers monthly.
