This is an opportunity for those who are passionate about advertising strategy, proficient in optimization tools, and ready to come up with creative solutions to achieve goals Job Description:Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase conversion rates and enhance brand awareness.Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Use leading analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Semrush, and Microsoft Clarity to measure effectiveness and optimize performance in real time.Budget Management: Track and allocate budgets appropriately for each campaign to ensure maximum ROI.A/B Testing & Reporting: Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads, content, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in Performance Marketing or similar roles.Professional skills: Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics; in-depth knowledge of optimization strategies and data analysis.Analytical thinking ability: Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data to monitor, measure, and adjust campaigns.Creativity and Flexibility: Creative thinking with the ability to come up with new ideas to improve advertising performance.
