Pixels-360 is seeking an experienced WordPress developer to join our Engineering team.
This position requires strong technical expertise in WordPress development, excellent attention to details, great communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
The successful candidate will assist with the coding, testing, and support of our clients WordPress-based websites and web application projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and optimize high-performing WordPress websites and web applicationsImplement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser/device compatibilityParticipate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standardsCollaborate with international team members across different time zonesDocument technical specifications and maintain development documentationParticipate in stand-ups, project, and design hand-over meetingsContribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvementRequired Qualifications:4+ years of professional experience in WordPress developmentProficient in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress theme/plugin developmentSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript and responsive web designProven experience with Git workflow and CI/CD processesStrong attention to detailsFamiliarity with enterprise hosting platforms (AWS, Pantheon, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Skills:Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practicesAbility to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneouslyExperience in a remote work environment with distributed teams
