cosmetics brand and are looking for a talented Facebook Advertising Expert to drive our digital marketing efforts.About the Role: As a Facebook Advertising Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns tailored for a U.S.
cosmetics brand.
You will oversee a monthly advertising budget of $100,000 and manage 30-50 campaigns each month, ensuring we achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive brand awareness.Responsibilities: Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies that align with the brand s marketing objectives.Manage and allocate a monthly budget of $100,000 across multiple campaigns effectively.Create, monitor, and optimize 30-50 Facebook ad campaigns monthly, focusing on driving sales and engagement.Analyze performance data to enhance ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness.Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ad creatives and target audiences.Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, particularly in the cosmetics industry.Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience.Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a minimum budget of $100,000 per month, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong record of optimizing ROAS across multiple campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation for decision-making.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and related advertising tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a keen attention to detail.
