We specialize in the cultivation, processing, and commercialization of high-quality agricultural products, including avocados, blueberries, grapes, mangoes, mandarins, and more.We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the position of COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPERPURPOSE / OBJETIVE OF THE POSITIONPartner with multiple customers and Camposol s Business Units to drive measurable results that benefit Camposol s revenue.
Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales & procurement approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships.Also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set Camposol apart.RESPONSABILITIES AREASDevelop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer relationships.Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company s products or services.Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales & procurement options.Monitor sales KPI s progress to ensure that goals are being met.Promote Camposol s products to prospective clients.Track all business-related invoicesReview sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.Coordinate compliance assessments with potential suppliers with legal, quality and financial departmentsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSExperience: +10 years working in the local industry and with contact at retail level, wholesale markets and local suppliers.Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniquesProject management skillsNegotiation and networking skillsBusiness development spirit (profile)Communication at every levelAbility to work autonomously.Software: Microsoft Office Intermediate levelLanguage: English Intermediate level
