Lead Java DeveloperLocation: 100{ba6d9fff0d06e12b8a87eed095a108381369f6cb765963ca26093aadaaeb4bc8} remote (Brazil)Contract Length: 12 months (extension likely)Start Date: January (1st or 2nd week)Key Responsibilities:Lead teams of 7+ developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.Drive the modernization of ticketing fulfillment systems, focusing on creating a streamlined post-purchase experience.Contribute to enhancing the seatmap feature, enabling a unified view of ticket statuses.Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.Required Skills and Experience:Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading development teams on at least two previous projects, each with 7+ developers.Java Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Java development and design patterns.Spring Boot: Proficient in developing microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.Kafka: Advanced hands-on experience with consuming and producing messages, configuring Kafka, and solving related performance and reliability issues.AWS (nice to have): Familiarity with cloud environments and AWS services is a plus.
