Perspective sharing and leveraging cultural differences, is one of our core strenghts as we work on many exciting projects and draw insights from industry-leading experience.ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Cross Border Logistics Specialist to oversee the performance and operational efficiency of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers in Brazil.
This role will be responsible for monitoring key logistics partners, ensuring seamless customs clearance, optimizing last-mile operations, and managing reverse logistics.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience in cross-border logistics.Location: São Paulo, SP, BrazilKey Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Track customs clearance deadlines, ensuring timely processing and identifying operational bottlenecks.Conduct root cause analyses for operational issues and implement action plans for resolution, escalating when necessary.Send order delay reports to providers and monitor their feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Oversee order creation processes, ensuring that any failures are resolved within 24 hours to maintain performance standards.Manage and configure channel interfaces, including template validation and manifest tracking, ensuring alignment with new service providers.Maintain and update tracking rules, ensuring all package statuses are correctly mapped and monitored.Support last-mile operations, ensuring deliveries meet SLAs and performance metrics.Monitor metrics such as failure rates and customer feedback, identifying and addressing inefficiencies.Develop and implement corrective action plans for underperforming regions or providers.Collaborate with 3PL partners to reduce return cycle times and enhance customer satisfaction.Conduct monthly verification of unclosed packages in the system, ensuring process completion and settlement of claim amountsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3PL management, or supply chain operations Cross-border logistics for e-commerce operations is a plus.Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.Experience working with logistics service providers and warehouse operations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and logistics tracking systems is a plus.Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic international environment.
