The developer will also develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform when necessary.
This position should have strong technical skills and be able to describe solution options to the technical leads and architects working on the project.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and translating those requirements into technical solutions.
The developer will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications and ensuring their seamless integration with other systems.
Candidate will need to be fluent in Portuguese and English to support our global organization (Spanish is a plus).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, implement and maintain standard and customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performanceDefine solution limitations and requirements and work with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution s technology stackCommunicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical directionCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middlewarePerform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platformWork with business stakeholders and IT to transition from WordPress and other CMSs to SalesforceTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrationsCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, processes, user guides, and release notesStay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trendsDevelop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarmsQualifications:Fluent in English to cover global needsAssociates degree required, Bachelor s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldSalesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales, Experience, Marketing and Service cloudExperience working with information technologies and systems analysisWordPress Experience to adapt similar functionality to Salesforce sitesSalesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) is preferredProven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security modelStrong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processesExperience with integration tools and middleware as it relates to Salesforce with other systemsProficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plusStrong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applicationsKnowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong proficiency in estimation and planningStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferredSalesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) is preferredBachelor s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldShare resume in English
