The Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore, which was watched by 5.4 million concurrent viewers at its peak, holds the record for the highest concurrent viewership of any esports match in history.About the position:We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist who will be responsible for driving the success of our marketing campaign performance and providing valuable insights to drive successful marketing strategies for Free Fire.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we d love to work with you Make sure to share your CV in English.Responsibilities:Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch of game updates or actions.
Assist in creating marketing plans, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring launch performance.
Identify key metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies.Event | Campaign Coordination: Coordinate events, campaigns, and activities to increase awareness about our brand.
Manage project progress including project quality control, coordinate with related teams and partners, material development, project follow up as well as internal financial and legal process.Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish a robust system for monitoring and reporting KPIs related to marketing initiatives.
Regularly track and analyze metrics.
Provide reports and insights to stakeholders to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.Industry Benchmarking and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with gaming industry trends and popular games to identify collaboration opportunities and campaigns suggestions.Feedback Collection: Collect feedback regarding the game, updates, actions, campaigns, and news.
Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and campaign results to stakeholders and team members through verbal and written reports.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams within the communication and branding department, including global teams, to develop high-impact initiatives and activations.
Work together to enhance the overall player experience and maximize the impact of Free Fire s presence within the community.Main job requirements:Completed higher education (preferred in Advertising, Marketing or Communications);Solid experience working with campaigns, marketing, community, or communications, preferably in the gaming industry or entertainment;Previous experience with data analysis and reports;Strong knowledge of the mobile gaming industry;Desirable experience project management tools, such as Favro/Monday/Trello;Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;Passionate about the gaming universe;Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
