This role involves developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to maintain a fair and efficient marketplace, foster positive seller relationships, and mitigate risks.Responsabilities:> Develop and update seller policies and guidelines in collaboration with legal, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders> Oversee the onboarding process for new sellers, provide educational resources and training to sellers, and ensure they understand and adhere to platform policies> Monitor seller activities to identify and mitigate potential risks such as fraud, counterfeit products, and other violationsRequirements:> Bachelor s degree in business, commerce, law, or a related field> Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplaces, and seller dynamics> Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards> Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking> English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plusAt Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
