We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support warehousing, logistics, fleet management, and data auditing operations.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) providers, manage invoice tracking, and ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in Central Time and have access to VoIP, Slack, and Gmail for communication.
This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) providers.Respond to emails regarding system support, shipment tracking, and general inquiries.Schedule and coordinate dock appointments for warehouses.Audit receipts, incomplete shipments, and warehouse records to ensure accuracy.Track and categorize invoices (e.g., handling, storage) for proper cost allocation.Review and audit Warehouse Glove (WG) invoices for accuracy.Manage freight quotes and coordinate shipments to optimize costs and efficiency.Audit fleet management platforms (WEX, Geotab, Samba) to ensure records are up to date and driver information is synchronized.Process and file fleet-related invoices, ensuring correct breakdown of umbrella invoices.Assist in accident claim processing and related administrative tasks.Analyze unit exit inspection data to identify high cost items requiring attention.Recommend maintenance strategies and cost-effective solutions to the Operations Associate based on maintenance guideline decks to minimize unnecessary replacements.Requirements:Experience in supply chain administration, logistics, or related fields.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Fluent EnglishProficiency in data auditing, invoice tracking, and logistics coordination.Ability to work in 8- 5pm BRT Time zoneProficiency in VoIP (3cx), Slack, and Gmail for communication.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
