Location: São Paulo/Rio de Janeiro/Minas Gerais/Paraná - & Position Overview Basic Functions & Responsibility Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Brazil market, management of distributors, and customer relations.
Also responsible for brand maintenance and achieving sales targets in Brazil market.
Primary Activities: 1.
Responsible for market development within the region, including selecting distributors and partners, conducting business negotiations, and signing contracts.2.
Responsible for promoting marketing strategies and policies within the region, organizing brand promotion activities and general public relations events for distributors/customers in the region.3.
Manage distributors/customers within the region and provide suggestions to the company for improving management processes, products, and marketing service activities.4.
Conduct training for distributors/customers within the region.5.
Responsible for signing and tracking various letters of intent, memoranda, agreements, and contracts with distributors/customers.6.
Establish and manage database for distributors/customers within the region.7.
Assist other departments within the company in handling related business matters.
Qualification Required1.Fluent in spoken and written in English, proficiency in Chinese communication would be an advantage.2.At least 3 years of sales experience in the non-dairy cream or related baking ingredients industry (Brazil market).3.Experience in international trade and willingness to travel frequently.Proficient in using office software.
