This role serves as a technical leader supporting both developers and business consultants.Hard Skills:Strong experience in Hyperautomation architecture.Expertise in UiPath and enterprise automation platforms.Proficiency in microservices architecture and API integration.Deep knowledge of AI/ML for intelligent automation.Experience structuring automation frameworks and governance.Expertise in orchestration of automation workflows.Fluent English (mandatory).Soft Skills:Strategic vision and value-driven approach.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Analytical mindset for solving complex technical challenges.Preferred Education and Certifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.Advanced UiPath certification is preferred.
