Duration: 6+ monthsThe Manager is looking for this to truly be a Consulting type of role.
Candidates should have extensive experience working with Workday, Workday Community and understanding how to proactively engage with those available resources within the system to develop a strong network.The Manager is seeking someone who can come in- listen to the project/requirements being asked, understand what action needs to be taken and then understand and communicate how those actions taken could impact the business as a whole.

Someone who is willing to be curious and ask questions, have a strong personality and challenge the process would be a great fit within the team and this role.Key Qualifications and Experiences: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Workday HCM, including direct configuration of complex requirements.
Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
Experienced working with other Workday features (e.g.
Security) or the desire to learn and work cross-functionally.
Experience working in an Agile manner and Agile tools a plus.
