We are looking for an HRBP Supervisor to develop and implement HR solutions aligned to business goals.
Someone who can provide leadership, continuous improvement and development to the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery and execution of enterprise and regional HR priorities and strategy.What are we looking for?Completed Bachelor s Degree in a related fieldAdvanced or Fluent Level of EnglishExperience in manufacturing environmentBroad understanding of applicable labor lawsExperience in HR related experience (preferably as a Leader, Coordinator, Supervisor or Specialist)Business AcumenCoaching and ConsultingInfluence and RelationshipsData DrivenKnowledge of all aspects of the employee life cycleExtensive employee, labor and union relations experience and expertiseMore details will be provided during the first contact.
