The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively.
You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events.
You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts.
Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesSupport leadership and execute marketing strategy, including internal processes with top management and LATAM subsidiaries teams.Control assets following brand strategy and guidelines considering offline and online channels.Coordinate local communication teams, ensuring area deliveries and compliance with schedules.Align regional B2B Strategy with Global direction, support activities for Lead Generation and Qualification, and monitor performance of local B2B activitiesSupport local brand activations to generate engagement with the target audience, measuring impactDevelop and Coordinate Local PR Strategy, managing local media reputation and monitoring of the impact of actions on the businessCoordinate point-of-sale (POS) materials and regional brand activations.Work with Trade teams to ensure alignment of promotional actions and implements actions to increase visibility and conversion in sales channels (retail, distributors, e-commerce).Support local teams with social media strategy aligned with global brand strategy, assisting in the execution of digital campaigns and monitoring resultsReports and Presentation to Top ManagementQualifications3-5 years of marketing experienceBS/BA in Marketing or a related field of studyExcellent writing and communication skills (Portuguese & English).
