The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven planning processes, consumer insights, and fashion trends, with a focus on product assortments, forecasting, and aligning products to consumer needs.
A passion for fashion planning and familiarity with tools to analyze market trends will be essential.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, assortment strategies, and forecasts for the CAJUNI brand.Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business decisions related to product categories and inventory.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for collection s growth and execution.Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems, ensuring operational efficiency.Analyze consumer trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies for CAJUNI.Utilize data-driven approaches to understand customer preferences and behaviors, ensuring product offering meets demand.Provide recommendations for product assortment, fabrications, and design elements within CAJUNI, based on trend forecasts and market analysis.Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations to improve sales and brand alignment.Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and market share to inform decision-making and optimize CAJUNI s product offerings.Requirements:Bachelor s degree in business, fashion, textile science, or related fields.Knowledge of fashion trends, product planning processes, and consumer insights.Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making in product and sales planning.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data-driven tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Fluency or advanced proficiency in English.Adaptability and willingness to collaborate across different functions.At Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
