The ideal candidate should have expertise in PHP and Vue.js, extensive experience with MediaWiki, and a deep understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, CCD, ICD-9, or ICD-10.This role involves leading backend architecture, optimizing system performance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable backend architectures using PHP and Vue.js.Work with MediaWiki to manage and structure healthcare-related documentation.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, CCD, ICD-9, or ICD-10.Optimize system performance, security, and reliability for healthcare applications.Collaborate with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and healthcare professionals to build robust solutions.Lead system integrations, API development, and database optimization.Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to the development team.Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and best practices in software development.Mandatory Requirements:6+ years of backend development experience, with a preference for Architects.Strong proficiency in PHP and Vue.js.Proven experience in the Healthcare industry.Hands-on experience with MediaWiki.Expertise in at least one of the following healthcare standards:HL7FHIRDICOMCCDICD-9ICD-10Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security.Ability to lead projects and mentor development teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.If you are a highly skilled architect passionate about healthcare technology, we encourage you to apply
