Every day, our 40,000 employees put their heart and soul into exploring the possibilities of humanistic technology.Responsibilities: Administrative Procurement & Expense ManagementHandle the procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and other administrative materials, ensuring sufficient inventory.Collect and coordinate administrative-related expenses, regularly compiling data and reports.Reception Management for Access, Courier and CommunicationReceive, register and guide office visitors, ensuring a smooth visiting process.
Coordinate and register access permissions for employees and visitors to ensure compliance with entry regulations.Handle the receipt, registration, and distribution of company mail and packages, ensuring accurancy.Answer, transfer, and take messages for incoming calls at the front desk, providing effective communication support.Office & Dormitory ManagementSupport the cleanliness of the office and dormitories, ensuring a tidy and organized environment.Report, coordinate, and follow up on office and dormitory repair requests to ensure proper facility maintenance.Process dormitory fee payment applications and cleaning service reservations to facilitate efficient dormitory management.Requirements:Bachelor s degree preferably in Administration or related fields.Proficiency in Excel and Word.Intermediate English.Strong skills in communication and organization.Proactive, detail-oriented, and patient, with the ability to handle temporary tasks and occasional overtime.Demonstrates high efficiency, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent execution skills, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is a plus.
