Position ChallengesMaintaining Accuracy: Based on knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and other financial standards, analyze financial statements and manage financial soundness, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded through proper accounting management by understanding regulations and internal policies.Regulatory Compliance: Keep an eye on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, enabling the company to take timely actions to prevent disadvantages and continuously identify improvement opportunities.Time Management: Adhere strictly to deadlines for tasks such as month-end closing, headquarters requests, reports to management, and responding to audits.Personal Tool Management: Communication with Stakeholders: Financial Analysis and Strategic Thinking: Analyze financial data to support business strategies and interpret financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist management decision-making.Internal Controls and Risk Management:Experience:Field experience is most important in similar industryRole & Responsibilities:Recording Financial Statements: Accurately record entries (sales, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, etc.) in the appropriate accounts with an understanding of laws and regulations.Financial Statement Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and prepare basic financial statements such as the income statement and cash flow statement, and report on the company s financial soundness and monthly performance indicators.Budget Planning and ManagementEstablish corporate budgets, monitor and manage budget execution, and conduct variance analysis through comparisons with actual results for budget control activities.Internal Control Activities:Develop and manage work regulations and corporate approval regulations to prevent financial errors and fraud.Bank ReconciliationReconcile bank transaction records with accounting ledgers to analyze discrepancies and prevent differences.Fixed Asset ManagementManage assets by category with an understanding of GAAP accounting standards and internal regulations, ensuring accuracy regarding depreciation and the useful life of assets, and conduct thorough physical verification for asset management Tax ManagementUnderstand local tax laws to prevent calculation errors related to withholding tax when making payments, and to support tax declaration.KnowledgeAdvanced Micro Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint)SAP, Oracle, ERPCourses or Certificationsaccounting certification CRCAdvanced English
