is seeking a Sr.
Bloomreach Consultant to join our Team Remote Opportunity Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bloomreach Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of Bloomreach s digital experience and commerce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Bloomreach Experience (brX), Bloomreach Discovery, and Engagement, along with a deep understanding of e-commerce, personalization, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
Experience with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) is also required.
Responsibilities:Bloomreach Implementation & Customization: Lead end-to-end implementation of Bloomreach Experience (brX), including personalization, content management, and AI-powered search.E-commerce Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize digital experiences using Bloomreach s AI-driven capabilities for personalization and recommendations.Integration & API Management: Configure and integrate Bloomreach with third-party systems, including CMS, CDPs, CRM, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).Customer Engagement & Strategy: Advise clients on best practices for leveraging Bloomreach s AI-driven engagement features to enhance customer journeys.Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze customer data and system performance, optimizing content search, recommendations, and marketing automation strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and product teams to align Bloomreach solutions with business objectives.Training & Documentation: Provide training and documentation to internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless adoption.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in digital experience, personalization, or e-commerce platforms.Hands-on experience with Bloomreach (brX, Discovery, Engagement) implementation, configuration, and optimization.Strong expertise in e-commerce, personalization strategies, and AI-driven recommendations.Experience with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud-based architectures is a plus.Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and A/B testing tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Prior experience working with enterprise clients in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
