The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the customer support team, project managers, solutions managers, and pricing managers, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.Responsibilities:Assist the customer support team by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues efficiently and courteously.Support project managers in organizing activities and schedules, monitoring task execution, and ensuring alignment with established deadlines.Support solutions managers in preparing proposals that align with customer needs by conducting research and analysis.Assist the pricing manager in collecting and analyzing data to support the development of pricing strategies.Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and insights to improve processes and services.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Communication, or related fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English and Chinese.Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.Interest in learning about the telecommunications industry and its dynamics.What We Offer:Learning opportunities in a dynamic and innovative environment.Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.Possibility of full-time employment at the end of the internship, based on performance.Work Location: 100{be77d2a06fa5759048ed4e573d227e148f3b26e7ca34d32a0aa426d6daf0d326} on-site São Paulo, SP (Região da Avenida Paulista)If you are passionate about telecommunications and eager to start your career in a challenging environment, send us your resume and join our team
