Project DescriptionAs a Senior SAP Sales Consultant at DXC Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our SAP services within the LATAM region.
Your expertise in SAP solutions, combined with a deep understanding of sales processes, will enable you to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients business objectives.ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership:Lead the end-to-end sales process for SAP solutions, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration in the LATAM region.Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor on SAP capabilities and business transformation strategies.Opportunity Development: Identify, qualify, and manage SAP sales opportunities.
Work closely with pre-sales teams to create tailored SAP solution proposals.Market Understanding: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the LATAM market, including specific industry trends, local business practices, and regulatory requirements, to position DXC SAP offerings effectively.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report progress to management regularly.
Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline effectively.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in the SAP ecosystem.SAP Expertise:Strong understanding of SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and industry-specific SAP modules.Sales Skills:Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.
Experience in solution-based selling is essential.Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with key industries in LATAM, such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, or public sector.Languages:Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.Education:Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA is an advantage.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions and digital transformation projects.Familiarity with SAP licensing models and commercial structures.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN.LanguagesEnglish: C1 Advanced
