The Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore, which was watched by 5.4 million concurrent viewers at its peak, holds the record for the highest concurrent viewership of any esports match in history.About the position:We are looking for a Creative Analyst for Marketing Campaigns who will be responsible for driving innovation in Free Fire marketing campaigns by developing creative ideas that resonate with players.
This role ensures campaigns are engaging, aligned with player preferences, and bring fresh, exciting experiences to the community.
The Creative Specialist will work closely with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to push the boundaries of creativity and enhance brand engagement.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we d love to work with you Make sure to share your CV in English.Responsibilities:Develop and expand innovative marketing campaign ideas that resonate with Free Fire players, ensuring creative strategies align with player interests and trends.Oversee the development of creative executions across multiple formats, including visuals, videos, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, online media, influencer activations, and other marketing expressions, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.Work closely with agencies and vendors, providing creative direction, feedback, and ensuring the production of high-quality campaigns.Manage contracts, payments, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of creative projects.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, influencer marketing, product, and operations teams) to align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals.Analyze campaign performance and player feedback to optimize creative strategies and improve engagement.Identify and test new creative formats and content ideas to enhance engagement across different marketing channels.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing techniques, and competitor campaigns to continuously push Free Fire s creative boundaries.Main job requirements:Education: Completed higher education.
Desirable in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Social Media, or related fields.;Experience: Solid experience in creative marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a strong connection to gaming communities required.
Previous experience in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries is highly preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, including campaign ideation and execution, and experience in project management, data analysis, and reporting is a plus.Languages: Fluent Portuguese and EnglishSpecific tool skills: Desirable experience project management tools, such as ClickUp/Monday/Trello.Soft Skills: High creativity and a passion for innovation, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, ability to understand player psychology and create resonant campaigns, proactive and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Passionate about the gaming universe;Strong knowledge of the mobile gaming industry;Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
