We are looking for a highly collaborative finance leader who is passionate for driving change and decision making in a fast-paced environment.
Working in partnership with regional Sales leaders in LATAM, you will be responsible for driving the growth strategy and business plans across the theater.
This individual will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance at Palo Alto Networks.Your ImpactServes as the key business partner to the President of LATAM and his Sales leaders to drive effective and timely decision support in the theater Partners with the theater business leaders in developing business strategy, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and overall decision support for the LATAM region, which includes providing analysis in all areas of the business including bookings, operating costs and theater contribution marginsDevelops a deep understanding of the drivers of topline, profitability and partner with functional Finance leaders for Ecosystems, Services and Marketing to drive investment decisions and ROI analysisSupports the business by collaborating with cross functional teams on new products, sales programs, channel incentives and other initiatives within the regionDevelop a thorough understanding of the products, offerings, and go-to market motions, provide strategic financial advice on deal structure, review and approve non-standard pricing and terms.Implements tools/benchmarks to support local theater senior management decision-making and facilitate efficient operations i.e.
cost models, benchmarks, investment allocation, gating approvalsPrepares/analyzes monthly and quarterly KPIsLead transformation projects that enhance the operational effectiveness of finance as we strive to be a high performing global finance team.QualificationsYour Experience Senior Sales Finance leadership experience of a growth-oriented tech company required Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA preferred15+ years related experience showing strong career progressionMultinational management experience leading Finance or Operations functionsExperience in driving change and scaling business operations and strategy Excellent communication, analytical and business planning skills, with an understanding of SaaS, software, appliances and/or internet industry business modelsAbility to prioritize business needs, adapt to rapid business changes and communicate effectivelyAbility to collaborate and lead in a matrix environmentFluent in Spanish / Portuguese preferredAdditional InformationThe TeamYou have a passion for numbers, our organization has a passion for cybersecurity.
