Birthday day off Enjoy an extra day off during your birthday week to celebrate in style with friends and family About the project:As a Staff Software Test Engineer, you will demonstrate expert level skills in test automation tools and strategies as well as a deep and broad understanding of the process of building and deploying software in both cloud and desktop environments.
You will use your skills to drive test strategy throughout the testing organization.How your day-to-day work will look likeRecommend improvements to testing processes, technology, and interfaces that improve the effectiveness of testing teams and reduce technical debt.Lead out in quality-related work, training, and mentoring of team members.Evaluate acceptance criteria, determine test approach, write & execute both manual and automated tests as necessary.Own the testing automation strategy, test data management strategy, and test automation for assigned work.Maintain existing test automation frameworks for all existing automated applications.Write, debug, and execute code used in both API and UI automated testing efforts.Define, implement, and manage processes and best practices regarding automated testing.Establish processes to continually review and select manual test cases for automation test suite.Provide metrics on business process and code coverage for automated test suites.Present test results to stakeholders.This would make you the ideal candidateBachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ Years of experience working in a QA and Test Automation position.5+ Years of experience working with C .At least 1 year of experience working with Load and performance testing (Jmeter, Blazemeter, etc).Experience working with AWS or Azure with some background in AWS.Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus.Experience with AI is a plus.Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
