Client: One of the most innovative global companies in financial technology and payment solutions.PROFILEWe are looking for a Creative Operations Specialist (Marketing & Project Management) with strong expertise in marketing project management and creative team coordination.
If you have 5-9 years of experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative teams managing production and project execution, this is the right opportunity for you Must-Have: 5-9 years of experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative teams, managing production and creative projects.
Proven background in project management, overseeing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Experience working with clients in the financial sector (banks, fintechs, investment firms, issuers) or other highly regulated industries (medical, pharmaceutical, legal).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in scheduling, timelines, and resource management.
Familiarity with project management platforms (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
Advanced to fluent English is required (essential for leading international team meetings).
Spanish is a plus.RESPONSIBILITIES Support an in-house marketing team specializing in financial sector campaigns, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
Receive project briefs from marketing services teams and prioritize based on strategic value and team capacity.
Collaborate with the hub creative lead to assign the best resources for each project.
Coordinate and define project schedules, ensuring strict deadline adherence while mitigating risks.
Recommend process improvements and additional resources based on the project pipeline and workload.
Identify the best tools and channels for managing creative team workflows and traffic.
Drive cost efficiency in marketing campaigns and projects through optimized operations.
Act as the key liaison between creative teams and marketing services project managers, ensuring transparency and smooth execution.CONTRACT TYPE Temporary Contract: 6 months, with a high probability of extension.
Contract Type: PJ (Legal Entity).
Hybrid work model: On-site once a week in the Morumbi area.
