Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Configuration: Configure CargoWise One modules based on business requirements.
Assist in system setup, workflow automation, and data migration.
Customize CargoWise functionalities to meet operational needs.Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions for various CargoWise modules.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
Develop user manuals, SOPs, and best practices for CargoWise usage.Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and recommend CargoWise solutions for efficiency.
Optimize workflows and automation to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Integration & Development: Work with IT teams to integrate CargoWise with third-party applications.
Support API configurations and EDI implementations.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.Requirements:Technical Skills & Experience: Strong experience with CargoWise One (Implementation, Configuration, or Support).
Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Customs, Warehousing, and Accounting modules in CargoWise.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation, PAVE, and Cargowise scripting.
Familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and SQL queries is a plus.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and training abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Spanish speaking is preferred.
Team player with a proactive approach.Preferred Qualifications: CargoWise Certified Professional (preferred).
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.Advanced English
