With over 60 years of combined experience, our high-performance software engineering teams help companies solve technical and engineering problems, from filling skill gaps to tech stack performance optimization and architecture overhauls. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Golang Mid to Senior Engineer at Ardan Labs.
Depending on the project, the ideal Engineer will be responsible for developing efficient and reliable software solutions, optimizing tech stack performance, and refactoring code.
They will collaborate with teams to bridge knowledge gaps, increase development velocity, and hit project goals efficiently.Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Go applications.Design and optimize database schemas and queries for scalability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.Contribute to deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Engage in architectural discussions and implement best practices.Requirements:5+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years using Golang.Strong expertise in production-level troubleshooting and debugging.Experience developing microservices architecture and event-driven systems.Experience with Distributed Systems DesignHands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) beyond basic queries.Exposure to DevOps and deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) with a proactive approach to infrastructure-related tasks.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience working on medium-to-large scale distributed systems in production.Soft Skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.High engagement, self starter with a problem-solving mindset.Nice-to-Have:Experience with finance, Crypto / BlockchainExperience with GamingKnowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
