We re seeking an experienced software engineer to help build and scale our web platform, focusing on robust backend systems and seamless user experiences.Responsibilities:Architect and develop scalable web applications using Python and Django.Lead technical design discussions and guide architectural decisions.Implement comprehensive testing strategies across the application stack.Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.Requirements:5+ years of professional web development experience with Python.2+ years of hands-on experience with the Django framework.Expert-level knowledge of automated testing methodologies and frameworks.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment tools.Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Strong communication skills and experience working in remote teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with modern frontend frameworks, like Angular or React.Knowledge of GraphQL and API design patterns.Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.Background in machine learning or AI development.Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.Contribution to open-source projects.We offer competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology that impacts millions of writers worldwide.
