Our business has spread to Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.Role OverviewWe are looking for a field application engineer who understands industrial products and is willing to be located in the customer s facility to capture and convert business opportunities.Location: BrazilJob DescriptionAccurately identify customer needs, quickly provide solutions to needs, and guide customers to quickly select products.Responsible for solving customer complaints, problems, undertaking customer needs, and acting as a link between JD and customers.
Increase customer satisfaction.Responsible for formulating customers industrial procurement demand mining, business opportunity mining, cultivating customer ordering habits, docking procurement needs and users, and maintaining customer cooperative relations.Responsible for providing on-site e-commerce commodity procurement services to large customers, cooperating with the company s project team to formulate and implement commodity strategies, and promoting GMV achievementMaintain customer cooperative relations, sort out the customer s internal procurement process, be familiar with the customer s procurement mode (the whole process from PO to PR), be familiar with the customer s ordering habits, and conduct daily docking with procurement demanders and users;Responsible for the customer s on-site category sorting and commodity standardization, and assist the customer to complete the digitalization of procurement;QualificationsEngineering or manufacturing background.More than 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with MRO business and B2B industry experience is preferred.Understand the knowledge of industrial products and be familiar with common brands, and have certain experience in the on-site use scenarios and selection of industrial productsExperience in product marketing for enterprise and government customers, good communication skills, adaptability, and teamworkAwareness, service awareness, strong sense of responsibility.Have Internet awareness and adaptability to the corporate atmosphere of Internet companies, and work experience in e-commerce related sales positions is preferred.BenefitLeaves 30 calendar daysSubsidies Meal Allowance Commuting Allowance Telecommunication ReimbursementInsurance & Wellbeing Supplementary Life Insurance Supplementary Accident Insurance Supplementary Medical InsuranceGood team atmosphere Laptops are provided by the company
