ITTConnect is seeking Data Engineers with great experience in Python and SQL to fill a position with a US-based client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and consulting services present in nearly 50 countries.As Data Engineer, you will work as part of a team working in a challenging, innovative environment for our client.
Investigate, create, and implement the solutions for many technical challenges using cutting edge technologies, including building/enhancing their Data processing platform.Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil.Must speak English.
All interviews will be done in English, as well as the work after that.Requirements:5+ years experience working as a Data Engineer, business intelligence, data analytics, or similar roleHigh proficiency in PythonAdvanced proficiency in SQL, and able to write and optimize SQL queries which will run against Snowflake or Delta tables.Expert in Database fundamentals, SQL and distributed computingExperience in ETL orchestration and workflow management tool Airflow.Experience in Spark, Snowflake & Databricks.Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teamsAbility to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information.Nice to have:Experience with Distributed data/similar ecosystem (Spark, Hive, Presto) and/or streaming technologies such as Kafka/Flink.
