They provide comprehensive IT solutions with a focus on reliability, security, and technical expertise.The Opportunity As an Enterprise Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Modern Work, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex IT solutions at an expert level for multiple clients.
You ll ensure client IT infrastructures are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Independently execute 90{0e71d7089f0f98ded6e74cc7b7431db0fb3936884338993d0f503846c7fcaa41} of service offerings with expertise and proficiencyManage 2-3 concurrent projects with a full understanding of scope, timeline, budget, and resourcesDesign and implement Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender Suite)Create comprehensive processes and procedures for internal documentation and end-user how-to documentationDraft client-ready Statements of Work (SOWs) with clear objectives, detailed tasks, and realistic timelinesWork closely with the Sales team on pre-sales technical efforts, building project plans and scope documentsCollaborate with other team members to address gaps and issues, providing recommendations and adapting to changing needsEnter and track time in ConnectWise in 15-minute increments with sufficient detail (average of 120 billable hours per month)Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of IT Infrastructure and IT project deployment/implementation experienceExtensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender)Microsoft 365 certification(s) strongly preferredExperience managing IT infrastructures in AzureAdvanced troubleshooting abilities with a proven methodologyStrong cybersecurity knowledge, including multi-factor authentication, encryption methods, SSL certificatesExpertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) in enterprise environmentsDeep experience managing backup solutions in enterprise environmentsProficiency in networking (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewall management)Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Entra ID, and PowerShellCompany Culture & Benefits Employee-driven culture that values accountability and communicationExcellent employee retention (many team members have 5-10+ years with the company)Significant investment in professional development and career growthCompany-sponsored certification opportunitiesCollaborative environment that encourages asking for help when neededSupportive leadership team that values work-life balanceCulture built on integrity, trust, and commitmentReady to join a team where you ll be valued, challenged, and supported in your professional growth?
