Driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team -or POD- works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality, and autonomy.What will help you succeed:English communication skills are a must (B2 or upper).Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Wiz, Snyk, or Burp Suite.Strong understanding of vulnerability detection, analysis, and prioritization.Ability to communicate and document remediation strategies for identified security risks.Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar) for automation.Experience in cybersecurity practices related to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of application security principles and secure coding best practices.Familiarity with network security concepts and threat modeling.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.At Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment make us stronger.
