Join our mission to become the 1 fashion tech accessory brand Learn more on our Instagram at velvetcaviar and our website, velvetcaviar.com.What you ll do:Plan a content calendar for email & SMS campaigns Strategize & send weekly email & SMS campaigns Optimize existing email & SMS flows and build more Oversee Klaviyo email and Attentive SMS accounts, reviewing and monitoring numbers every dayAnalyze results and drive record-breaking numbersLead day-to-day communication with team membersStrategize, communicate, and report results effectively to teamConduct research and analysis on brand background, products, and customerDesigning and managing email flows and customer lifecycle journeysConducting split tests and optimizing email campaignsMaintaining list quality through detailed checksCollaborate with designers to strategize on-brand, high-converting email designsRequirements:Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or a relevant major Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing with a track record of driving successful campaigns.Proficiency in strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns, including flows and customer journeysFamiliarity with Klaviyo and Attentive platforms, and ability to leverage their full potentialStrong email marketing design directive skillsStrong website conversion rate optimization skills Preferred experience managing loyalty programsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and collaborate with remote teamsAbility to work remotely on a full-time basis, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and objectivesPerks:Be a key player at a growing brand Competitive Salary + Year-end Performance BonusesFully remote jobPTO Days + Specified Holidays OffStrong growth opportunityVelvet Caviar is an equal-opportunity employer.
