Sales Closer & Appointment Setter (Remote)Join our fast-growing aesthetic services company We provide high-intent inbound leads no cold calling.
We re looking for a driven closer to qualify, nurture, and convert leads into booked services.Responsibilities:Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes.Qualify prospects and guide them through service options.Set and close consultation calls with deposits.Follow up via phone, text, and email.Re-engage old leads and no-shows.Maintain detailed notes in Google Sheets & calendars.Meet key KPIs for response time, bookings, and closures.Requirements:1 3 years in remote sales, appointment setting, or closing.Strong phone presence, sales skills, and negotiation ability.Proficiency in Google Workspace.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Performance-driven with high attention to detail.Fluent in English; flexible availability.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE).Remote flexibility with growth opportunities.If you re motivated by metrics and money, apply now
