OAB, CRC, CREA) Labor unions and corporate HR departments Public sector and municipalities Event organizers and congress producersIdentify and engage local partners (HR consultants, legal firms, tech resellers)Represent ELIGO at industry events (virtual and in-person)Qualify leads, run demos, manage dealsSet up and manage sales sequences with tools like Apollo or HubSpot, AITrack KPIs and share feedback to improve strategy Requirements4+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or services)Native Portuguese, good level of English (Spanish is a plus)Confident in cold calling, consultative selling, and negotiationExperience with CRM and sales tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong relationship-building and communication skills
