We re a fast growing technology company looking for extraordinary talents to join us What you ll be doing in this role: The Learning & Development Senior Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability.This role involves assessing business needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing targeted learning programs that drive performance and career progression.The Senior Manager will lead the creation of comprehensive training frameworks, including leadership development, functional upskilling, and soft skills enhancement.Additionally, they will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to build a strong learning culture, leveraging data-driven insights to measure training effectiveness and continuously refine development initiatives.This role requires a proactive approach to talent planning, coaching, and fostering an environment where employees are empowered to reach their full potential.What we are looking for: 10+ years of experience in the industry.

A strong mix of strategic thinking, instructional design, and leadership development expertise.The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and training program design to create impactful development initiatives.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are essential to assess training effectiveness and optimize programs.Additionally, the role demands excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with leaders, HR partners, and employees at all levels.Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and change management is crucial to drive a continuous learning culture.Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to talent development will be key to success in this role.
