Every day, our 40,000 employees put their heart and soul into exploring the possibilities of humanistic technology.ResponsibilitiesDemand Plan: Responsible for the headquarters spare parts demand analysis and forecasting, and output spare parts demand plan based on the regional perspective, to realize the synergy between the regional plan and the headquarters plan, and to achieve the improvement of forecasting accuracy and terminal demand satisfaction rate;Inventory Management: Improve regional and headquarter inventory management rules, clarify regional and headquarter inventory strategy, rationalize the whole chain inventory structure, and be responsible for inventory turnover and sluggishness;Order Management: In conjunction with regional forecasts and inventory strategy, analyze the reasonableness of the agent s spare parts sales orders, optimize the regional spare parts sales order review model, and make targeted improvements based on specific issues;Promotion Planning: Based on the overall sluggishness and regional promotion effect analysis, regional customized promotion strategy and promotion schedule to reduce the company s sluggishness and maintain the overall spare parts service volume at a reasonable level;Process Management:For regional level demand planning, supply delivery, order management system, order delivery process optimization.RequirementsBachelor degree, major is not limited, statistics and logistics related majors preferred.At least 5 years of work experience, team management experience is preferred, after-sales service spare parts management experience is preferred.Project management experience; Terminal Demand Planning, Production Planning, Purchasing Plan related experience is the best; sensitive to data, with good data analysis capabilities, familiar with Python, Tableau, PowerBI and other tools preferred; familiar with inventory management, management has a wealth of practical experience in management.Clear logic, good communication and work in a fast-paced environment.
Possess subjective initiative, and a point and surface thinking mode, result-oriented and user-oriented.Advanced English (daily use).Note: Please send your CV in English.
