About the RoleWe re looking for a sharp, ambitious Growth Marketer to join our small but mighty team and help shape the future of hospitality operations.This is our first full-time marketing hire and a foundational role.
You ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to define and execute our growth strategy from the ground up.
You ll test and scale acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels, and help us build a brand that customers trust and love.Hybrid role in Santiago or New York.
