Head of Delivery (Remote Latin America)We re hiring a Head of Delivery to lead client project execution and build a high-performing nearshore team across Latin America.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving technical challenges, and has a strong track record of delivering cloud-based solutions.Please note that this role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 USD annually, depending on experience.The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Head of Delivery to manage our projects and build a high-performing near-shoring team.
This is a remote position anywhere in Latin America.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyBuild, develop, and oversee a nearshoring delivery teamEnsure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectationsMaintain high standards of quality and technical excellenceDrive customer retention and satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsStay current with emerging technologies and AWS service offeringsTechnical RequirementsStrong experience in cross-platform development technologies:React Native for mobile developmentNext.js or other React based frameworks for web applicationsIoT infrastructure and implementationAI automations leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)Minimum of one AWS certification, preferably at the Professional levelProven track record in AWS consulting and implementationExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesKnowledge of cloud security best practicesLanguage RequirementsFluency in EnglishExcellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languagesQualifications5+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery leadershipProven success in building and leading technical teamsExperience working with Media and Entertainment clients preferredDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budgetStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirementsExperience in nearshore or offshore team managementSoft SkillsLead with passion and inspire team membersCreative problem solver who embraces challengesAdaptable and resilient when facing unfamiliar territoryClient-focused with strong relationship-building abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsSuccess MetricsPerformance in this role will be measured primarily by:Customer retention ratesClient satisfaction scoresTeam productivity and growthProject delivery timeliness and qualityCompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceAdditional benefits package (details to be discussed during interview process)
