About the RoleAccuindex is looking for an experienced and driven Head of LATAM to lead our expansion across Latin America.
This strategic leadership role will spearhead business development, sales operations, and regulatory alignment to strengthen our brand and market share within the region s growing Forex trading landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a robust growth strategy tailored to LATAM marketsDrive client acquisition and revenue growth across key jurisdictionsEstablish and manage relationships with local partners, IBs, and institutional clientsLead and scale country-specific teams while aligning with global objectivesEnsure full regulatory compliance and licensing where applicableCollaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to localize servicesAct as the regional spokesperson for Accuindex at industry events and forumsRequirementsMinimum 7 years of leadership experience in Forex, CFD trading, or financial brokerageDeep understanding of LATAM regulatory environments and client behaviorStrong network across LATAM s trading and financial communitiesProven track record in business development, market penetration, and client growthBilingual: Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)Ability to travel frequently across the regionPreferred QualificationsPrior experience working in a global Forex brokerageStrong knowledge of trading platforms like MT5, CRM systems, and affiliate modelsBachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)Why Accuindex?Join a leading global Forex brokerage with a reputation for integrity and innovationDrive regional impact with full ownership and leadership authorityWork with a passionate, multicultural team focused on client successCompetitive compensation, bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities
