We specialize in luxury listings, development, and investment sales, and we re hiring a Marketing Coordinator based in Brazil to lead our brand strategy and execution.
This is a remote, contract role for a marketing pro who can drive results across digital and print to support listings, events, lead generation, and our overall brand presence.Position Title: Marketing SpecialistLocation: Remote from Brazil (Work from Home)Employment Type: Full-time/ContractWork Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 Hours per week) - New York Time ZoneInitial Monthly Salary: R$8,000What You ll DoRefine and maintain our visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.Manage and update our website content, including SEO and page builds.Manage marketing materials for listings and development projects.Develop and implement funnel marketing strategies, including email campaigns, landing pages, and lead-nurturing workflows.Strategize and manage ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.Lead and grow our YouTube presence, including video strategy, posting, and optimization.Track analytics and create performance reports (email, ads, engagement).Create and maintain assets for team events, annual marketing campaigns, and client touchpoints.Take direction from the CEO and Director of Operations on special projects as needed.Who You AreA self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.Creative, resourceful, and data-driven.Experienced in both strategy and hands-on execution.Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal communication skills capable of producing marketing content that reads naturally to a native English-speaking audience.Comfortable working remotely with a fast-paced, U.S.-based team.Qualifications & SkillsAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CanvaMeta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and email marketing platformsFunnel marketing and marketing automation experience (CRMs, workflows, etc.)Familiar with SEO, blogging, metadata, and analytics trackingBachelor s Degree in Marketing or related field2 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environmentImportant NotesAll internal communications are conducted in English, so advanced proficiency is required.Foreign contractors are typically required to complete a W-8BEN form.
